Masterpiece Solar was introduced to the founders of Terra Pave International at the RE+ Solar conference in Las Vegas. We were inspired by how they are innovating in the solar industry and able to use these innovations to reimagine the very infrastructure that cities are bring built on. Masterpiece Solar and Terra Pave have partnered to bring eco-friendly innovation to the infrastructure of Florida.

Terra Pave - Cool Pavement

Cool Pavement is a product to cool down urban development. TP Cool Pavement has high reflection of sunlight and absorbs less heat compared to traditional concrete and asphalt pavements. Pavements with TP Cool Pavement have shown to be at least 14 degrees cooler than traditional dark pavements. This makes it the perfect cost effective solution to mitigate the urban heat island effect and contribute to sustainable urban development.

Terra Pave - Fog Seal

Terra Fog extends the service life of asphalt pavements and forestalls drastic maintenance, such as resurfacing and seal coating. This is done by preventing oxidation of asphalt and water from infiltrating the base. Terra Fog is an overlay for restoration and rejuvenation of old worn asphalt roads, parking lots and any other traffic bearing surface. It is a high quality, environmentally friendly and cost effective solution for improving the performance and extending the service life in chip seals/seal coats.

Terra Pave -White

Terra Pave White (TPW) is the cost effective, eco-friendly alternative to concrete pavements in new construction. It is an all purpose liquid soil stabilizer that binds and transforms the base into a solid, yet flexible mass that resists fracturing. It prevents base failure, dust pollution and soil erosion. TPW also reduces the heat absorption from pavements, thus making air temperatures cooler in the neighborhood.
